Mr. Dave Blanchard Focus: Risk-informed decision support; Top Event Prevention; risk and reliability analyses Dave is president of AREI.  He has over 25 years of utility and consulting experience with electric utilities and national laboratories worldwide.  After starting his career as a utility engineer he became a consultant, and has since been involved in the development of probabilisitic risk assessments and reliability analysis tools.  In addition to assisting utilities with their safety and generation improvement projects, Dave is also involved with US Department of Energy sites, applying risk techniques to areas such as site security.

	Mr. Peter Szetu Focus:  Risk and reliability analysis, techniques, and tools. Peter is vice-president of AREI.  He has nearly 20 years of experience consulting with electric utilities.  He was instrumental in the development and application of AREI's profit-centered maintenance (PCM) approach to prioritizing power plant maintenance and operations practices.  He has managed or been the key technical contributor for numerous probabilistic safety assessments and risk-informed application projects.

	Mr. Wes Brinsfield Focus: Risk-informed decision support; business process improvement; change management. Wes is the senior consultant for AREI.  He has nearly 25 years of consulting experience.  Starting as a nuclear engineer, Wes contributed to some of the first probabilistic risk assessments performed in the United States.  He then became involved in supporting cultural change initiatives and business process improvement efforts as utilities merged with or acquired other companies and staff.  He currently supports many of AREI's projects in nuclear and fossil generation.
